Prestos Stuffed Chicken Breast - A tender juicy chicken breast stuffed with smoked Gouda cheese, chiffonade locally grown basil, and proscuitto.  Seared and cooked to perfection and served with a butter cream sauce over rice pilaf.  Served with wilted spinach sautéed with lemon, olive oil and garlic.

Baked Mahi-Mahi - Two layers of mahi-mahi with braised spinach and a ratatouille served with a side of rice pilaf and finished with chervil burre blanc

Barbecue Pork Ribs - Our ribs are slowly braised with oranges, apples, bay leaves and cracked pepper which leaves them tender, flavorful and delicious.  They are then grilled with our zesty chipotle BBQ sauce

Salmon Wellington - Fresh pacific salmon with fresh basil, portabella mushroom, and roasted red bell pepper all wrapped in puff pastry and served over garlic mashed potatoes.

Citrus Chipotle Marinated Tri-Tip - Marinated with a citrus chipotle glaze and cooked till juicy and tender and served over garlic mashed potatoes.

Parmesan Herb Roasted Chicken breast – Over Penne pasta, tossed with a Fresh Tomato, Portobello Mushroom, & Basil Sauce
