Cheddar Cheese: Aged, medium-sharp Cheddar and Swiss cheeses, lager beer, garlic and seasonings.
South of the Boarder: Cheddar cheese with the flavor of Mexican herbs, spices, jalapeño peppers and salsa. Served with crisp tortilla chips... and made as spicy as you like.
Traditional Swiss Cheese Fondue: Grùyere and Swiss cheeses, white wine, garlic, nutmeg, lemon and Kirschwasser
American Trio Cheese Fondue: Fontina, Butterkäse and Buttermilk Bleu cheeses with white wine, fresh scallions and a hint of sherry.
Court Bouillon: Homemade, seasoned vegetable broth.
New Orleans: Southern-style fondue in cholesterol-free canola oil.
Pure Chocolate: Dark or white chocolate, melted for the most pure of all chocolate fondues.
Salad: Choice of one
Vineyard Greens – Baby Greens Tossed Pine nuts, Feta Cheese, Diced Roma Tomato, Cucumber, & Seedless Grapes then finished w/ a Dijon, Garlic, and Herbed Dressing
California Spinach Salad - Fresh spinach tossed with orange segments, spiced caramelized pecans, goat cheese, candied ginger, diced tomatoes with our sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
Caesar Salad - Crisp torn romaine lettuce tossed with pecorino Romano cheese, Prestos homemade croutons, and classic Caesar dressing
