1. We put together a proposal for your approval and then collect a 10% deposit

4 Weeks in Advance – Confirm all details of your party
                - Venders
                - Timeline
                - Sight Map
                - 50% more of the party

1 Week in Advance – Remaining balance is collected from the Client
                - Need final counts
                - Any Changes that are necicary

1 – 2 Days in Advance – Set up of all rentals, if permited and possible

1 – 2 Days After – Pick-up any rentals still on sight
                - Collect any remaining moneys owed to Prestos

1 Week After – Follow up contact E-mail, Letter or Phone Call
